My Story
My name is Corsi and I am affectionately named Dr. Behavior. I earned the moniker after more than 20 years as a behavior interventionist and educator in varying fields including juvenile corrections, victim services, residential services, and education. I have experience educating k-16 with nearly 7 years as an instructor for Tarleton State University (GO TEXANS!!) and I'm a certified educator in Texas.
I earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in Criminal Justice and a doctorate in Education with emphasis on psychology from TSU.
From Corrections Officer to Case Manager to Unit Manager to Administrator to Educator, my career has allowed me to work with some of the most significant behavioral concerns in the state and being the "last stop" in each of my positions helped me to get creative in work.
When others couldn't, I did--I had to.
My clinical training includes TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), Conscious Discipline, and Restorative Practices and I utilize my multi-decade career's teachings to customize approaches based on the individual needs and concerns.
Simply put, I address the whole human with a brain-based approach to connection.
And it works!

Broken and healed cannot connect; the healed may only support as the broken cannot reciprocate.
My Mission
My mission is to grow and heal mind, body and spirit.
When we think of a person as a whole entity made up of varying DNA, experiences and traumas, we begin to understand the extent of the emotional and spiritual struggles individuals face. Life has a way of hitting us from all angles and once we've been knocked down, it can feel impossible to get back up.
That's where I come in.
While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growing and healing, there are strategies and tools one can attain that can empower individuals to be their best, connected selves. I use education about connection to accomplish just that.
In fact, I teach people (children, adults, professionals and novices alike), the WHY's of behavior and then I teach the HOW's of intervention through role play and real-life scenarios.
Utilizing a high structure, high nurture approach, I model strong boundaries with clear communication about common values and goals for everyone involved.
Partnership.
Simply put, It's a whole-person approach to CONNECTION.
